Requirements: High school diploma or GED; team player with the ability to function independently; intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite; flexible work schedule availability; excellent customer service and telephone skills; strong verbal and written communication skills; professional and friendly demeanor; quality-focused and detail-oriented; outstanding time management, organizational, and critical thinking skills; superior situational awareness with the ability to react to urgent situations; prior experience in a healthcare environment and knowledge of medical insurance preferred; socially perceptive with the ability to relate to children and their families; comfortable with shifting demands; ability to navigate multiple computer systems; prior front desk, concierge, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
