Position: Pediatric ED RN Manager

Requirements: Education Required: Associate degree; Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Work Experience Required: 3 years of experience as an RN including 1 year as a charge nurse, supervisor, or leader. Certifications Required: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through American Heart Association. Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs): Knowledge of nursing practice, exceptional leadership skills, good organizational and time management skills, ability to be self-directed.
