Requirements: Completion of U.S. accredited Pediatric residency program preferred; if General Dentist, must have 2 or more years of experience treating children; DDS or DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or residency program; active Arkansas state dental license or ability to obtain; active Federal DEA or ability to obtain; bilingual preferred (English/Spanish); open to candidates requiring relocation
