Position: PE Specialist – Advanced Technology Implementation (Hiring Immediately)
About: Toyota Boshoku America, a company specializing in manufacturing automotive components, is seeking a PE Specialist for their Smart Factory operations. The role involves providing onsite support for TBA Smart factory manufacturing execution system, including new plant implementations, PLC interface development, and ongoing system support. The PE Specialist will be responsible for assembling, debugging, and installing machines and systems to meet factory and customer requirements efficiently.
Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience; Experience: Greater than six (6) years of relevant experience, including five (5) years of experience implementing and maintaining manufacturing execution systems (MES); Personal/Technical Skills: Strong attention to detail, good working knowledge of industrial technology, ability to diagnose problems and implement effective solutions, strong organization and time management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, hands-on self-starter with a strong work ethic; Language Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Computer/Software: Solid understanding of information systems, experience with Microsoft Office, proficiency in AutoCAD; PLC Programming experience, familiarity with CATIA preferred
