Position: PBX Phone Operator (English/Japanese Speaking)-Full Time, $32.74/Hour – Exclusive Disney Resort Benefits (Hiring Immediately)
About: Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa is a magical destination where operators play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service and embodying the Spirit of Aulani. Operators handle pre-arrival guest needs, in-house inquiries, and assist with various requests to ensure a memorable experience for all guests and cast members. They may also be cross-utilized in roles like Front Desk and Arrival Staff Agent and Concierge Agent.
Requirements: Proficient in English and Japanese Language Required; must have Graveyard availability; previous cash handling experience; previous computer experience; ability to perform in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful working environment; ability to multitask; ability to confidently utilize service recovery methods; enthusiastic about interacting and helping guests; receptive to special requests; willing to follow instructions and take direction; availability for training requiring 7-8 weeks of full availability (day AND evening); additional planned time off may not be available until the New Year.
