Position: PBX Phone Operator (English/Japanese Speaking)-Full Time, $32.74/Hour

They handle phone inquiries, assist guests with pre-arrival and in-house needs, and ensure exceptional service standards are met. Operators may also assist with various guest and non-guest requests.
Requirements: Proficient in English and Japanese Language; Graveyard availability; Previous cash handling and computer experience; Ability to perform in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful working environment; Strong multitasking and service recovery skills; Enthusiastic about interacting with guests; Availability for full-time shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
