Position: PBX Phone Operator (English/Japanese Speaking)-Full Time, $32.74/Hour
About: Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa, located in Hawaii, offers a magical experience for guests. Operators at Aulani are responsible for providing exceptional service over the phone and in person to ensure guests’ needs are met and exceeded. They may also take on roles such as Front Desk Staff Agent and Concierge Agent.
Requirements: Proficient in English and Japanese Language Required; Must have Graveyard availability; Previous cash handling experience; Previous computer experience; Ability to perform in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful working environment; Ability to multi-task; Ability to confidently utilize service recovery methods; Enthusiastic about interacting and helping guests; Receptive to special requests
