Position: PBX / FRONT OFFICE AGENT – FULL TIME
About: Hyatt Regency Houston-Downtown in Houston, TX is seeking a Front Office Host/PBX to join their Front Office Team. This individual will be responsible for answering incoming calls with good typing skills, a pleasant attitude, and excellent phone demeanor. The role will involve handling a high volume of calls, providing information about the hotel, and assisting during peak business levels. Additionally, there will be exposure to Front Office Operations and guest services, including processing payments and addressing inquiries.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to handle high call volumes and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment; strong verbal communication skills; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; proficient in basic computer skills; customer service experience preferred
