Position: Paymaster & General Cashier (Pre-Opening Team)
About: The Paymaster/Cluster Paymaster role at Hilton is focused on supporting the finance lead in all training and development activities to cultivate high-quality finance professionals and contribute to a strong control and compliance environment. The role plays a key part in implementing EMEA Operations Finance innovations and projects, ensuring efficient payroll processing, and maintaining accurate financial records within the hotel’s/cluster of hotels’ Finance Department.
Requirements: University degree in Accounting or Finance; ability to analyze complex financial information, solve problems collaboratively, and prevent issues proactively; detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills; proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
