Position: Patient Support Specialist

They specialize in conditions of the bones, muscles, and joints, prioritizing multiple locations, extensive orthopedic services, and continuity of care.
Requirements: High school diploma/GED or equivalent previous experience; sound communication skills; excellent customer service; previous experience as a check-in specialist is recommended, but not required; experience and knowledge of insurance guidelines and insurance entry; experience in financial collections is recommended, but not required; ability to handle high patient volumes; ability to maintain composure when stressful situations are encountered; ability to multi-task and prioritize
