Position: Patient Services Specialist I – Rehab Services (up to 19 hrs/wk; Galv, CL, and LC)
About: The UTMB Health is seeking a Patient Services Specialist I to create a positive patient experience by exceeding expectations in customer service and patient care, coordinating clerical and medical activities of a healthcare team, patient registration activities, and facilitating access to UTMB services for new and returning patients.
Requirements: Associate degree and no experience; equivalent combination of education and experience considered; BLS certification required within 90 days for departments under Health System Ambulatory Operations; customer service experience in a medical office environment is a plus
