Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, Medical Administrative Assistant certificate a plus; 1+ year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred; Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a busy environment; Strong computer skills with experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, EPIC preferred; Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays; Proactive, friendly, and patient-focused approach to service
