Position: Patient Services Representative (Medical Receptionist)
About: Piedmont Urgent Care is seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) to be the first point of contact in providing a welcoming and efficient patient experience. This role is essential in ensuring seamless front-office operations in a healthcare setting.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred; strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a busy environment; strong computer skills required, experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, EPIC preferred; ability to work 12-hour shifts, including some weekends and holidays; proactive, friendly, and patient-focused approach to service
