Position: Patient Services Representative
About: Midlands Orthpaedics & Neurosurgery has a full-time opportunity for a Patient Services Representative position at their office and therapy departments. They are seeking energetic, enthusiastic, and patient-focused candidates with excellent communication and computer skills for this fast-paced environment. Knowledge of managed care and government insurance types, as well as scheduling in a medical setting, is essential. Previous medical office experience is required with a preference for therapy front office experience and familiarity with Athena system.
