Position: Patient Services Coordinator/Customer Service Coordinator
About: Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Centers (PTSMC) is seeking a Part-Time ~ 20hrs/week Patient Services Coordinator for their private practice physical therapy office in Glastonbury, CT. PTSMC is Connecticut’s largest private-practice physical therapy company with 32 locations around the state serving more than 20,000 patients every year.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in customer service or administrative role preferred; friendly and professional demeanor; strong communication and organizational skills; ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
