Position: Patient Services Coordinator/Customer Service Coordinator
About: Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Centers (PTSMC) is seeking a Part-Time Patient Services Coordinator for our private practice physical therapy office in Naugatuck, CT. PTSMC is Connecticut’s largest private-practice physical therapy company with 33 locations around the state, serving more than 20,000 patients annually. President Alan Balavender, a physical therapist, established the first PTSMC clinic in Waterbury in 2000, pioneering a ‘partnership model’ to support physical therapists in owning and operating their clinics.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous customer service experience preferred; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage front desk operations efficiently; proficiency in electronic medical record systems; strong organizational skills
