Position: Patient Service Representative – Watson Primary Care

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 or more years of experience working with the public, preferably in a healthcare setting; knowledge of medical terminology and different types of health insurance plans; ability to recognize priority or emergency phone calls and handle difficult patient interactions; proficient with Windows-based PC environment
