Position: Patient Service Representative I
About: Regional One Health, located in the OPD Surgery department, is seeking a dedicated Representative, Patient Service Rep I to serve as the primary access point for patients within the inpatient and outpatient medical clinics/practices. This position plays a crucial role in facilitating the patient experience by gathering, entering, and verifying registration information, collecting co-pays, and ensuring efficient processing of information with professionalism at all times.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 2 years experience clerical, customer service, or related experience such as medical office or administrative services required; at least 1 year experience completion of a unit clerk, medical office, general clerical, customer service training or equivalent education may be utilized in lieu of experience (documentation required) required
