Requirements: High school diploma required; some college preferred; knowledge of medical terminology, third party billing, and managed care requirements strongly preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Word applications; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; strong problem-solving abilities; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; capability to handle stressful situations appropriately
