Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 2-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting with clerical and administrative responsibilities; Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities; Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients and staff; Familiarity with medical billing, coding (ICD-9, CPT), and insurance procedures; Proficiency in computer operations and basic math skills; Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
