Position: Patient Service Representative, Front Desk
About: As a Patient Service Representative at Esperanza Health Centers, you will be the primary contact for patients, ensuring top-notch customer service and fulfilling their needs. This role includes answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and maintaining patient accounts.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required; One year or more of experience in the medical field, preferably in customer service; Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail required; Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends required; Bilingual English/Spanish required
