Position: Patient Service Representative
About: Part-time position (24 hours/week) with variable day shift, onsite. The Patient Service Representative provides a comprehensive set of business, financial, and appointment-related services to ensure a positive patient experience.
Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; experience working in a general office setting and healthcare environment is preferred; experience with computerized scheduling systems and medical terminology preferred; excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software.
