Position: Patient Service Rep – The Frisco Building
About: Mercy Clinic Primary Care – The Frisco Building in Springfield, MO is seeking a full-time Patient Service Representative to greet, instruct, direct, and schedule patients and visitors. This role involves performing various clerical duties for physicians and clinic staff, handling insurance and patient information, answering calls, setting appointments, and managing patient care activities within the scope of data entry and patient account functions.
Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Experience Preferred: One year of applicable medical office experience; New hires must attend Clinic Core Front Desk Training through Clinical Education. Current Patient Service Reps moving to Advanced title must complete both Patient Service Rep and Advanced PR competencies prior to promotion.
