Position: Patient Service Call Agent
About: Salem Clinic Call Center, located at 1940 Fairgrounds Road Ne, Salem OR 97301, is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Call Agents to join their team. The call center provides a professional, supportive, and enjoyable environment for handling patient inquiries and scheduling appointments.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience dealing with the public in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented setting; excellent communication skills; ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls; detail-oriented with strong prioritization abilities; flexible work hours and shifts; ability to work both independently and as part of a team
