Position: Patient Service Admitting/Reception- Urgent Care
About: Salem Clinic, located in Salem, Oregon, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Patient Service Admitting receptionists to join their team. Patient Service Admitting staff play a crucial role in facilitating patient communication and scheduling for appointments, urgent care, laboratory, and imaging services. The work environment is professional, supportive, and offers a variety of tasks on a daily basis.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience dealing with the public in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment or office setting; ability to perform data entry in Electronic Health Record systems, Patient Management System, Laboratory Information System, and Radiology PAC’s; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; attention to detail and ability to multitask; flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
