About: Schedules all types of complex exams with attention to detail at University of Miami Hospital UTower – Cardiovascular Imaging. Provides exceptional customer service by managing high call volumes and utilizing computer applications for scheduling multiple exams within the UHealth system. Coordinates processes for special procedures and ensures compliance with medical terminology and scheduling protocols.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent; Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; Skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail; Skill in data entry with minimal errors; Ability to accurately prepare and maintain records, files, reports and correspondence; Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form; Ability to work independently and/or in a collaborative environment; Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion.
