Position: Patient Reception Rep

Requirements: Education: High School diploma or equivalent; Experience: One year experience as a receptionist or clerk in a healthcare environment or one year of customer service experience; Knowledge and Skills: Familiarity with medical terminology, ICD-10, and CPT codes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Medical assistant or medical office technician certification preferred; Special Training: Proficient computer skills, basic Microsoft Office skills, familiarity with Excel spreadsheets; Usual Work Day: 8 Hours
