Position: Patient Navigator/Front Desk Receptionist
About: AxessPointe Community Health Center is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a Patient Service Representative. The health center follows a team-based approach to managing patient care and prioritizes achieving desired outcomes. The position involves providing top-notch customer service to patients, scheduling appointments, handling registrations, insurance verifications, and maintaining patient records.
Requirements: Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years’ experience working with underserved/vulnerable populations and community resource programs preferred; Proficiency in operating office equipment such as computers, fax machines, printers, scanners, and webcams; Strong interpersonal skills to work with diverse clients independently and in a team setting; Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; Valid driver’s license with dependable transportation; Flexibility to work evening and Saturday hours as needed
