Position: Patient Navigator/Front Desk Receptionist
About: AxessPointe Community Health Center, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide high-quality service to clinic patients and visitors. The role involves coordinating health center appointments, managing patient interactions, and ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere in line with API’s team-based care approach.
Requirements: Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years’ experience working with underserved/vulnerable populations and community resource programs preferred; Able to operate essential office equipment; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Excellent organizational abilities; Must maintain a valid driver’s license and have dependable transportation; Flexible to work evening and Saturday hours as needed
