Requirements: High school graduation or equivalent; minimum 6 months of experience; BLS/CPR certification; updated PPD (within 1 year); active LPN/CNA license; completion of a monitor technician surveillance program/course or 1 year experience in monitor technician surveillance within the last 5 years
