Requirements: Meets the qualifications as established by APTA; Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in state of occupancy; Must hold an Associates degree in the field of Physical Therapy from an accredited program; Current valid BLS CPR card; Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current auto liability insurance
