Position: Patient/Guest Relations Representative – Concierge and Volunteer Services
About: The Patient/Guest Relations Representative is available to provide assistance to patients, their families, visitors, and colleagues at the Keck Medical Center. This role involves maintaining a professional and hospitable environment, ensuring adherence to service standards, and assisting with various tasks like escorting patients and providing information on hospital services and resources.
Requirements: Req High school or equivalent; Req 1 year in customer service (preferably in a healthcare facility and/or as a Corporate Concierge setting); Req Excellent public relations; Req Demonstrate excellent customer service behavior; Req Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
