Position: Patient Experience Specialist (Health Records)

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Some college preferred; Experience with databases, electronic health records, and release of information preferred; Attention to detail required; Knowledge of HIPAA regulations required; Excellent customer service, oral and written communications skills required; Compassion for patients required; Must be able to work well in team environment; Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment; Computer skills required; Valid driver’s license and insurance required; Commitment to supporting a safe, respectful, equitable, and inclusive environment required
