Position: Patient Experience Representative (rotating days) Emergency Department

About: Boston Children’s Hospital is seeking a Patient Experience Representative to join their Emergency Department team. This position involves providing customer service, scheduling patient encounters, and ensuring efficient patient flow within the department. Requirements: A high school level of educational development; zero to 1 years of previous experience in customer service, administration, or a health care setting; effective oral and written communication skills; ability to work with diverse internal and external constituencies
