About: The Patient Experience Representative I position is available at Boston Children’s Hospital, focused on delivering exceptional patient service and support across various clinic activities and administrative tasks.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; previous customer service and/or administrative experience preferred; bilingual in Spanish preferred; basic customer service and computer skills required; ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and provide empathy in difficult interpersonal situations; ability to work with diverse internal and external constituencies
