Position: Patient Education Consultant
About: The Patient Education Consultant at Tactile Medical is responsible for conducting demonstrations and trainings with current and potential patients on the company’s products in their assigned area. The role involves building strong rapport with patients, discussing financial options, closing sales, delivering patient training, and ensuring proper product usage. Demonstrations are conducted in-person at specified locations, while trainings can be in-person or via telehealth, both requiring detailed documentation as per insurance and company standards.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience; 2+ years of experience in a patient-facing, education/training, or advanced customer service role. Health related certification; Medical device or healthcare industry experience preferred. Ability to lift 20 pounds regularly; clear written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills; confidence and professionalism with diverse individuals; excellent organization and time management skills; technology savvy and ability to work independently.
