Position: Patient Coordinator
About: The Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Patient Coordinator to join our team. As a Patient Coordinator, you will be instrumental in providing a seamless and luxurious experience for our clients, managing their journey from initial contact to post-treatment follow-ups. Your role will involve exceptional customer care, front desk duties, and upholding our standards of excellence.
Requirements: Previous experience in customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a luxury spa or medical setting; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong organizational abilities and attention to detail; knowledge of medical spa treatments and procedures is preferred; proficiency in computer skills; flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed; proven experience in sales, preferably in a medical spa, beauty, or wellness industry; ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate treatments; strong upselling and cross-selling skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to meet or exceed sales targets; knowledge of skincare and aesthetic treatments is a plus; comfortable handling objections and converting inquiries into bookings or sales opportunities
