Position: Patient Care Coordinator
About: Yale New Haven Health is currently seeking a dedicated and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our medical team. As a Patient Care Coordinator at Yale New Haven Health, you will play a crucial role in supporting physicians and providers in delivering exceptional patient care while managing various administrative tasks. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; graduation from an accredited medical assistant certificate program; certification/registration (CCMA/CMA/AAMA/RMA) preferred; minimum of 1 year private practice medical assistant experience preferred; medical assisting certification preferred; excellent organizational, communication, customer service, and teamwork skills required; ability to multi-task effectively; EMR experience preferred; working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required; CPR certification preferred; bilingual preferred but not required
