Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 3 years of proven track record of sales excellence in a high-energy, fast-paced environment; experience in consultative selling in aesthetic sectors such as plastic or cosmetic surgery highly valued; excellent interpersonal skills; self-starter with strong motivation to exceed targets and manage KPIs; ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and poise; highly organized and detail-oriented; passion for the industry
