Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; One year of related hospital, clinic, medical office, or customer service related experience; Computer skills for data entry and information retrieval; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Proficiency with Windows-style applications and healthcare software packages; Clerical skills and knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and regulations; Ability to handle high-stress situations professionally; Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills; Good organizational and time management abilities; Collaborative and adaptable to work with various departments; Sound judgment in handling difficult situations
