Requirements: Education required: High School Diploma/GED or appropriate work experience. The Patient Access Associate will greet patients and guests courteously, verify accurate patient information, maintain confidentiality, and ensure patient satisfaction through professional representation across various interactions. They will interact with patients, medical personnel, and maintain professional actions consistent with LCMC Health’s expectations.
