Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 18 years of age; minimum 2 years of experience in culinary field, restaurant, or Culinary Degree and equivalent experience; strong experience with cakes, plated desserts, and working in banquet and restaurant environments; ability to follow and understand recipes in a mass volume environment; multi-task and work in a fast-paced team environment; demonstrates a desire to provide excellent guest service and be part of a team; strong listening skills and ability to take direction
