Position: Pastry Cook, Rowland’s Bar and Grill
About: Patina Restaurant Group, a leader in the premium segment of the restaurant and catering industry, is seeking a full-time Pastry Cook to join their team at Rowland’s Bar and Grill in New York, New York. The group operates restaurants and manages catering and food service operations at prestigious venues such as Lincoln Center, Walt Disney World, Disneyland, the Empire State Building, Grand Central Station, and The Metropolitan Opera.
Requirements: 1 year experience as a pastry cook or similar role required; basic math skills with the ability to understand, calculate and follow recipe measurements; capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail; ability to work as a team player, following procedures and taking directions; capacity to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs; ability to remain standing for the entire length of shift while also walking, bending, reaching, and performing other repetitive motions
