Position: Pastry Cook, Lincoln Ristorante
About: Delaware North’s Patina Restaurant Group is hiring full-time Pastry Cooks to join our team at Lincoln Ristorante in New York, New York. As a Pastry Cook, you will prepare the bakery products at Lincoln Ristorante and ensure all items are served in a timely manner to the highest freshness and quality. Lincoln Ristorante offers an interpretation of Italian cuisine at NYC’s iconic Lincoln Center. The restaurant sources the best local ingredients and prepare them with authentic Italian methods and spirit, and features breathtaking views of Lincoln Center’s plaza, Henry Moore sculpture and pool.
Requirements: No formal education required; Prior experience in a kitchen environment preferred; Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently; Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices; Strong attention to detail; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; Basic math skills; Effective communication and teamwork skills; Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
