About: IHG, a renowned hotel company, is seeking a skilled Pastry Chef/Baker to join their team. The role involves actively participating in the preparation, baking, and finishing of desserts, breads, and baked goods in line with high-quality standards set by the Pastry Shop.
Requirements: Completion of a degree or certificate in culinary arts and two years of experience as a chef, pastry chef, baker, or equivalent; Strength and Fitness to handle items weighing up to 50 pounds, frequent movement, bending, and kneeling; Strong communication, reading, writing, and mathematical skills required; Problem-solving, reasoning, and organizational abilities needed; Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
