Requirements: Completion of a degree or certificate in culinary arts and two years of experience as a chef, pastry chef, baker, or equivalent; strength and fitness to handle items weighing up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks; strong communication, reading, and writing skills; proficiency in basic math, problem-solving, and organizational abilities; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fine dining setting.
