Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in pastry preparation, production, and baking; proficiency in various cooking techniques and in preparing a variety of bakery products; knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
