About: The Biltmore Hotel is seeking a Pastry Cook I to join their team. Requirements: Education: A High School Diploma is required; Experience: Minimum of three to four years’ experience as a Cook in a hotel or restaurant; Skills: – Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English; – Compute accurate mathematical calculations; – Provide legible communication and directions; – Prioritize, organize, and multitask effectively; – Maintain confidentiality; – Work cohesively in a team; – Use basic computer skills; – Have knowledge of Miami area; Physical Demands: – Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds; – Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; – Reach overhead and bend; – Communicate effectively with others; – Adapt to varying temperatures; – Use office equipment with dexterity;
