Requirements: High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within 6 months from start date as a condition of continued employment; Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age; Basic understanding of or ability to learn basic sanitation and regulations for workplace safety; Basic understanding of or ability to learn food-handling techniques, preparation, and cooking procedures; Ability to work efficiently and quickly; Must be able to work well as part of a team; Must be able to work well under pressure; Ability to maintain personal cleanliness; Willing to work odd and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required; Must have a Class III Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) issued by the IGB as a requirement for this position; Must have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment
