Position: Pastry Cook
About: Plan, prep, set up, and prepare quality products in all areas of the Pastry/Bake Shop, including pastries, desserts, breads, ice creams, and more, in accordance with departmental quality standards and specifications. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment. Work environment includes the Main Kitchen, Pastry/Bake Shop, and Stewarding areas.
Requirements: 2 years experience as a Pastry Cook at a similar style hotel or restaurant; Food handling certificate; Fluency in English, both verbal and written; Legible communication skills; Basic arithmetic skills; Ability to prioritize, organize, resolve problems, work in a team, and use kitchen equipment effectively.
