Requirements: Culinary education is strongly preferred but several years of commercial cooking experience may substitute; Previous experience in a pastry kitchen, ideally in a high-volume or fine dining environment; Strong understanding of pastry techniques, including baking, decorating, and plating; Attention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality pastries and desserts; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks effectively; Excellent teamwork and communication skills; Eligibility to work in Canada without sponsorship
